I can't find an item on the website anymore.
We update our stock daily on our website, if an item has sold out it might be hiding until we receive more stock. Just email us at email@example.com and we will try to get you another one. Delivery times will vary depending on our suppliers, but we will do our best to get the item to you as soon as we can. We can send you a quick email to let you know the item is back in stock once we have received it. Some items may be end of line or one off pieces which we can no longer source, but we will do our best to hunt one down for you.
Can I purchase an item online + collect from the store.
Sure thing! Just select in store pick up in the delivery section + let us know what time you will be picking up the item in the special comments so we can have it ready for you.
Can I have my item gift wrapped + delivered to another address?
To be honest we are disappointed when people don't select gift wrapping! We have such pretty paper + we love to wrap, we can even send you a picture of the present all wrapped up before it is sent if you like. As for the address, you only need to provide us with the shipping address for the order, so as long as it is within Australia we are happy to send it out for you..... we can even write on a card.
How do I purchase multiple gifts to be delivered to different locations.
Easy... simply process each item as an individual sale online, or let us know to contact you regarding the delivery using the comments section.
Are all of the items in the store online?
We simply do not have the time to include all of our beautiful stock on our website.... there is just too much in our store! Please call us during trading hours if you are looking for something special. We are always happy to email or text images to you.
